Ohana Stories – Jenna

With all the storms recently anxiety levels are high. Ohana is the sometimes over-used word for a family but there is more to it. Ohana is who you turn to in these times, the people you trust for comfort, understanding, and safety. We call ourselves an Ohana here at Windward Nazarene Academy and like any Ohana we all have our stories. This week we are kicking off a monthly series on the stories of our Ohana. We will be featuring our staff, parents, students, and alumni. This month we kick it off with Ms. Jenna a preschool parent, turned WNA Staff. The anxiety of the missle attack alert caused her to pull her student out of WNA. She recounts a time where she would sit in her car to leave the house and was just paralyzed by fear. She tells the story better than I do, so here is an interview of Jenna Enos in the first installment of Ohana Stories.
